She expresses that modernizing Arab nations is important, but we must maintain our culture and sense of individualism. I particularly like her closing line, "familiarity destroys and trumps fear".

It reminds me to step away from whatever problem it may be and give myself time to think about it. Most importantly, it reminds me to keep striving forward and never give up.
